2

Choosing the right property

We will send you a curated selection of properties based on your search criteria. From here, you can shortlist the homes that best suit your lifestyle, location preferences, and budget.

3

Viewings

We arrange viewings at times that work for you. During each viewing, we guide you through the property and answer any questions, helping you get a clear feel for the space and whether it's the right fit.

4

Making an offer

Once you've chosen your preferred property, we assist you in submitting an offer. This includes your proposed move-in date, any requirements, and the initial holding deposit to secure the home while referencing begins.

5

Referencing stage

To progress your tenancy, you'll need to complete referencing. This usually involves proof of ID, proof of address, recent payslips or accounts, bank statements, and a landlord reference. We guide you through each step to keep the process smooth and stress-free.

6

Contract stage

Once referencing is approved, you'll review and sign the tenancy agreement. At this stage, you'll also pay the move-in funds, and we'll ensure all documents, including deposit protection details are clearly explained and completed.

7

Move-in day

On move-in day, an inventory clerk will complete the property inventory before you collect your keys. Once the paperwork is finalized and everything is checked, you can settle into your new home with confidence.
